Wood Creek is a small subdivision of abou forty five homes located within fifteen minutes of the University of Florida and within walking distance to Thornebrook Village, a collection of small upscale shops, services and good restaurants. The homes range in size from about 2,000 to 2,600 square feet and were built in the contemporary style of the 1980s by Rutenberg Homes.
